1. Who provides the service
OPEREXAAI is a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), with its registered office at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. SIREN: 108 008 137. SIRET: 108 008 137 00011. VAT number: FR94108008137. Contact: support@operexa-ai.com.
These terms govern the Operexa AI SaaS platform and its software subscriptions and usage-based offers. The service is designed for advertisers, media buyers and marketing agencies.
2. What Operexa AI provides
Operexa AI provides online dashboards, advertising performance analysis, creative fatigue signals, alerts and AI-generated recommendations for Meta Ads campaigns. Features, account limits and usage allowances depend on the selected plan and are described on the pricing page and at purchase.
The software is delivered online through your account. Access to paid features depends on confirmation of payment or activation of an eligible trial. An internet connection and appropriate authorization to connect a Meta advertising account are required.
Recommendations are decision-support tools. Data can be incomplete or delayed, and AI-generated outputs can contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, advertising content, budgets and any actions you authorize. We do not guarantee advertising results, a particular ROAS, revenue or profit.
3. Your account and permitted use
Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials and only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it.
You retain your rights in your account and advertising data. You authorize us to process that data to deliver the service, as explained in the Privacy policy. You receive a limited right to use the software for your own authorized business activities during your plan.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, share credentials to bypass plan limits, disrupt the service or extract data you are not entitled to access.
- Do not resell access to our software without a separate agreement.
4. Prices, trials and payments
The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, taxes and any usage charges are disclosed before you confirm an order. The offer and checkout you accept determine your charges. Advertising spend paid to Meta is separate from your Operexa AI subscription.
Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period displayed at purchase unless canceled before the next renewal. If an offer includes a trial, its duration, payment requirements and any automatic conversion to a paid subscription are shown before enrollment. Usage-based charges apply only under the pricing terms you accept.
Payments are handled by the provider identified at checkout. Stripe currently supports our SaaS billing. If a checkout identifies a merchant of record, that seller’s purchase and payment terms also apply to the transaction. Nothing on this page means that a payment method or provider is available before it is offered at checkout.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can manage your subscription through the billing portal available from your account or request cancellation at support@operexa-ai.com. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Unless a refund or another agreed arrangement ends access earlier, access continues until the end of the paid period.
We offer a full refund of your first subscription payment when you request it within 14 calendar days of that payment. The separate Refund policy explains the process, renewals, usage charges and your statutory rights. Cancellation alone does not submit a refund request.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right or legal guarantees for digital services.
6. Availability and third-party services
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents, network issues or interruptions affecting providers such as Meta. Features relying on third-party services depend on their availability, permissions and API rules.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, non-payment or a security risk. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow you to resolve it. Statutory remedies remain available if the service does not meet our contractual obligations.
7. Software and responsibility
Operexa AI software, branding and documentation remain the property of OPEREXAAI or their respective owners. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of them.
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your connected accounts, advertising activity and instructions. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence or their right to bring proceedings before a competent court. For a question or complaint, contact support@operexa-ai.com or write to our registered office.
Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to a purchase already made. The date above identifies this version.
